Overview:
roltel.net hosting services are guaranteed with severam telecoms and backups services. For personal backups use your webmin or cpanel services. Always mantain backup of your files.

The main support is dedicated to base commercial issues. Those issues will be handeled at no cost. Unfortunatly most of the technical issues and tickets are specific programing or user side handeling with our servers.

Documentation:
Visit webmin documentation, and apache, mysql, bind, php before of subbmiting a ticket for support request.

Trouble Ticket:
Tickets are only for service related issues. They will have primary treatment and full support management.
For programaing and related issues they ill be priced according to the solution needed.
